GXCD型靜電收塵器的工作原理為:
含塵(chen)氣流(liu)通過靜電除塵(chen)器煙(yan)(yan)道(dao)進入文丘(qiu)里,在(zai)喉部的(de)(de)入口被(bei)水(shui)均勻的(de)(de)噴入,由于煙(yan)(yan)氣高速(su)運動,因此(ci)噴入的(de)(de)水(shui)被(bei)其溶化(hua)成細小的(de)(de)水(shui)霧(wu)(wu),濕潤了煙(yan)(yan)氣中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)灰(hui)料(liao)。在(zai)這個過程煙(yan)(yan)氣中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)灰(hui)料(liao)被(bei)濕潤,使它的(de)(de)重(zhong)量(liang)加大(da)而有利于被(bei)離心(xin)分離,在(zai)高速(su)呈絮(xu)流(liu)狀態中(zhong)(zhong),由于水(shui)滴(di)與塵(chen)粒差別較大(da),它們的(de)(de)速(su)度差也較大(da)。這樣,灰(hui)粒與水(shui)滴(di)就發生(sheng)了碰(peng)撞凝聚,尤其是粒徑細小的(de)(de)灰(hui)塵(chen)料(liao)可(ke)(ke)以被(bei)水(shui)霧(wu)(wu)水(shui)溶,這些(xie)都為灰(hui)料(liao)的(de)(de)分離做好充分的(de)(de)準備,此(ci)后(hou)進入主(zhu)筒。本機(ji)對粉(fen)塵(chen)直徑>10微(wei)米(mi)的(de)(de)在(zai)旋(xuan)風除塵(chen)器中(zhong)(zhong)撲集<10微(wei)米(mi)的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)器在(zai)靜電除塵(chen)器中(zhong)(zhong)做二次凈化(hua),從(cong)而可(ke)(ke)達到效率。
比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)低,塵(chen)粒難以保持在集(ji)塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致使其重返氣流。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)高,到(dao)達(da)集(ji)塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極的塵(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易(yi)放(fang)出,在塵(chen)層之間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生局部(bu)擊穿和放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。
GXCD型高壓靜電除塵器是采用(yong)(yong)高壓(ya)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)原理凈(jing)化含(han)塵(chen)氣(qi)體的(de)設備(bei),即(ji)在陽極(ji)(ji)和陰極(ji)(ji)加上(shang)(shang)高壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)后形成(cheng)高壓(ya)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)場,氣(qi)體在電(dian)(dian)(dian)場力作用(yong)(yong)下產(chan)(chan)生電(dian)(dian)(dian)離,產(chan)(chan)生大量(liang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子和離子,當含(han)塵(chen)氣(qi)體進入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場后,塵(chen)粒(li)就與這些電(dian)(dian)(dian)子和離子結(jie)合起來,使塵(chen)粒(li)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。在電(dian)(dian)(dian)場力作用(yong)(yong)下,荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)塵(chen)粒(li)趨向與之(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性相反的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji),后在電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上(shang)(shang)釋放電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)并沉積(ji)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上(shang)(shang),當粉(fen)塵(chen)沉積(ji)島 數量(liang)時,通過(guo)(guo)振打裝置的(de)作用(yong)(yong)使粉(fen)塵(chen)落入(ru)灰斗,被除(chu)去(qu)塵(chen)粒(li)的(de)凈(jing)化氣(qi)體則通過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場排入(ru)大氣(qi)。
